Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>.- Sin poner en riesgo el ahorro de los trabajadores, el Fondo de la Vivienda del ISSSTE (Fovissste) cuenta con una fortaleza financiera que permite hacerle frente a cualquier tipo de contingencia econ\u00f3mica inesperada, de acuerdo con indicadores de esa dependencia.<\/span><\/p>\n

Datos del organismo muestran que al cierre de diciembre de 2016, el Fondo alcanz\u00f3 un \u00cdndice de Fortaleza Patrimonial<\/strong> (IFP) del 9.1%, esto es casi tres puntos porcentuales arriba del IFP obtenido en diciembre de 2015, superior al 8% que exige la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional Bancaria y de Valores (CNBV).<\/span><\/p>\n

El \u00cdndice de Fortaleza Patrimonial es equivalente al \u00cdndice de Capitalizaci\u00f3n con el que debe contar cualquier entidad financiera para poder prestar sus servicios, seg\u00fan establece la CNBV.<\/span><\/p>\n

En 2016, el Fondo de la Vivienda implement\u00f3 diversas mejoras para elevar en 11,600 millones de pesos sus reservas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Con esto, el \u201cFovissste se consolida como una instituci\u00f3n viable, preparada para afrontar alg\u00fan escenario adverso en materia econ\u00f3mica, sin dejar de ofrecer a sus derechohabientes los mejores productos hipotecarios\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Se destaca que el Fovissste trabaja para cumplir con los objetivos de la Pol\u00edtica Nacional de Vivienda<\/strong>, mejorar sus procesos internos y ofrecer a los derechohabientes mejores productos crediticios que permitan adquirir una vivienda, adem\u00e1s de mantener el valor de los dep\u00f3sitos en sus subcuentas de vivienda.<\/span><\/p>\n
