Aqu\u00ed te explicamos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Una manera de hacerlo es con la cancelaci\u00f3n de los cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios, una vez que el trabajador concluy\u00f3 con el pago de su deuda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Con la cancelaci\u00f3n, los trabajadores al servicio del Estado tienen seguridad sobre su inmueble, dado que queda liberado del gravamen a favor del Fovissste y ahora pueden disponer libremente de la vivienda que adquirieron.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El n\u00famero de hipotecas canceladas en esta dependencia crediticia registr\u00f3 un incremento en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os.
