Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>.- Confirmado. En octubre iniciar\u00e1 en el Fondo de la Vivienda del ISSSTE (Fovissste), el registro de solicitudes para obtener un cr\u00e9dito hipotecario del esquema Tradicional, por medio del sistema de puntaje para el 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n

El sistema de puntaje considera aspectos como la antig\u00fcedad del trabajador, ingreso, edad, el saldo de la Subcuenta de Vivienda, la oferta y demanda de vivienda regional y si se es o no jefa de familia, para otorgar el financiamiento hipotecario.<\/span><\/p>\n

El vocal Ejecutivo del Fondo de la Vivienda del ISSSTE (FOVISSSTE), Luis Antonio Godina Herrera, inform\u00f3 que ya est\u00e1 todo preparado para que en octubre pr\u00f3ximo inicie el proceso de registro de solicitudes con sistema de puntaje para el 2018. Esto marca un parteaguas en la vida institucional de ese organismo, con beneficio a sus derechohabientes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Godina Herrera tambi\u00e9n dijo que el Fondo registra un avance positivo en la colocaci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios programados para 2017 y prev\u00e9 iniciar un 2018 con el mismo dinamismo.<\/span><\/p>\n
