dise\u00f1ado bajo estrictos criterios de sustentabilidad, eficiencia y rentabilidad.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><a <strong>Cuauht\u00e9moc P\u00e9rez Rom\u00e1n<\/strong>, dijo que en Urbi est\u00e1n convencidos que mejores comunidades hacen un mejor M\u00e9xico y que el certificado otorgado por el Jefe del Ejecutivo refleja el valor estrat\u00e9gico del sector, particularmente de los DUIS en el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y social del pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Agreg\u00f3 que estos desarrollos son un mecanismo clave para canalizar recursos e iniciativas p\u00fablicas y privadas para fortalecer la econom\u00eda interna de M\u00e9xico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El \u201ccompromiso de Urbi es reafirmar su papel como articuladora de comunidades en M\u00e9xico, con el fin mejorar la calidad de vida de los habitantes, con desarrollos que cuenten con todos los servicios e infraestructura para permitir un desarrollo adecuado y \u00f3ptimo para todos los integrantes de las familias mexicanas\u201d, dijo el empresario originario de Baja California.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a Integrales Sustentables (DUIS) sumar\u00e1n 250,000 viviendas nuevas el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o que contar\u00e1n con todos los servicios e instalaciones para un adecuado desarrollo de las familias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Urbi ha incursionado desde hace m\u00e1s de cuatro a\u00f1os en diversas acciones alineadas a la sustentabilidad, como son los Desarrollos Urbanos Integrales Sustentables y vivienda cero energ\u00eda, adem\u00e1s, cuenta con seis desarrollos en proceso de certificaci\u00f3n DUIS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p
