Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>.- Inmobiliaria Vinte, empresa que se ha caracterizado por ofrecer en el mercado viviendas sustentables y digitales, perciben el 2020 como un buen a\u00f1o para la industria habitacional.<\/span><\/p>\n

De acuerdo con el nuevo director General de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, Jaime Mungarro<\/strong>, en estos momentos ven la oportunidad de invertir en M\u00e9xico y ofrecer a sus clientes un plan de negocio de Bienestar Compartido. \u201cCreemos que el 2020 ser\u00e1 un buen a\u00f1o para el sector vivienda\u201d, resalt\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n

Respecto hacia d\u00f3nde apuntala Vinte su modelo de negocio, el directivo respondi\u00f3 que el Modelo de Bienestar Compartido de Vinte<\/strong> enlaza dos pilares: crear valor social, con acciones orientadas a objetivos ambientales y la organizaci\u00f3n social.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cTenemos ejemplos muy concretos de que en nuestros desarrollos contamos con comunidades unidas y pr\u00f3speras, regidas por un Plan Maestro Comunitario; y el segundo pilar, creando rentabilidad\u201d, asever\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n

El directivo manifest\u00f3 que la firma se ha caracterizado por dise\u00f1ar comunidades bien planeadas, ofrecer productos que atiendan diversas necesidades, ofrecer una seria postventa e impulsar la cohesi\u00f3n social.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jaime Mungarro es socio fundador de Vinte y ocupaba hasta hace poco la Direcci\u00f3n General adjunta. En tanto que Sergio Leal Aguirre<\/strong>, quien se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como director General de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, ahora ser\u00e1 el presidente Ejecutivo.<\/span><\/p>\n
