{"id":20510,"date":"2020-07-13T21:30:52","date_gmt":"2020-07-14T02:30:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hogaresnoticia.com.mx\/?p=20510"},"modified":"2020-07-13T21:31:29","modified_gmt":"2020-07-14T02:31:29","slug":"adios-a-deudas-impagables-con-infonavit-convertiran-creditos-de-salarios-minimos-a-pesos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hogaresnoticia.com.mx\/?p=20510","title":{"rendered":"Adi\u00f3s a deudas impagables con Infonavit; convertir\u00e1n cr\u00e9ditos de salarios m\u00ednimos a pesos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>La conversi\u00f3n se realizar\u00e1 por medio del programa Responsabilidad Compartida, que hasta abril de 2020 benefici\u00f3 a 186,791 acreditados con descuentos al saldo acumulados superiores a 48,000 millones de pesos.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_2051\" style=\"width: 638px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2051\" class=\" wp-image-2051\" src=\"https:\/\/hogaresnoticia.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/infonavit_enero_2012.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"628\" height=\"367\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hogaresnoticia.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/infonavit_enero_2012.jpg 500w, https:\/\/hogaresnoticia.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/infonavit_enero_2012-300x175.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 628px) 100vw, 628px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-2051\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">FOTO: Archivo Hogaresnoticia.com<\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/Twitter.com\/Hogaresnoticia\"><strong>Redacci\u00f3n | Hogaresnoticia.com | 13 julio 2020<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>.- El Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n del Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (Infonavit) aprob\u00f3 una modificaci\u00f3n que permite decir adi\u00f3s a las deudas impagables y aliviar la carga financiera de los trabajadores, al convertir 100,000 cr\u00e9ditos de Veces Salarios M\u00ednimos (VSM) a pesos, en 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La conversi\u00f3n se realizar\u00e1 por medio del programa Responsabilidad Compartida, que hasta abril de 2020 benefici\u00f3 a 186,791 acreditados con descuentos al saldo acumulados superiores a 48,000 millones de pesos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El objetivo en el Infonavit es que este a\u00f1o, un mayor n\u00famero de acreditados puedan ser beneficiados con la conversi\u00f3n de sus cr\u00e9ditos denominados en veces salario m\u00ednimo a pesos, y como consecuencia, el saldo de su adeudo con el Instituto disminuya y el pago mensual deje de incrementarse a\u00f1o con a\u00f1o, en consonancia con los aumentos al salario m\u00ednimo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Con la medida, esperan beneficiar hasta 100,000 acreditados m\u00e1s, de los que 93% ganan menos de 4 salarios m\u00ednimos diarios, es decir 14,786 pesos al mes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 hacer?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Para ser beneficiario de este programa debes ingresar con tu usuario y contrase\u00f1a a Mi Cuenta Infonavit (micuenta.infonavit.org.mx), revisar el estatus de tu financiamiento en la pesta\u00f1a <strong>Mi Cr\u00e9dito<\/strong> y aceptar las nuevas condiciones de tu hipoteca en el apartado <strong>Responsabilidad Compartida<\/strong>, si cumples con los criterios de elegibilidad del programa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El tr\u00e1mite, tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1s realizarlo por medio de Infonatel (800 008 3900) o en los Centro de Servicio Infonavit (CESI).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Es importante decir que <strong>para que puedas ser beneficiado con Responsabilidad Compartida<\/strong>, el saldo de tu deuda debe ser al menos 1.3 veces mayor a tu cr\u00e9dito contratado originalmente y la antig\u00fcedad del financiamiento debe ser de 13 a\u00f1os o m\u00e1s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Considera importante <\/strong>que el acceso al programa no est\u00e1 restringido por tu ingreso mensual, ni por tu edad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>La aceptaci\u00f3n de este programa no te limita a<\/strong> ser beneficiario de las medidas de protecci\u00f3n implementadas ante la emergencia sanitaria por Covid-19. Es decir, puedes recibir el Seguro de Desempleo, pr\u00f3rrogas sin intereses o la combinaci\u00f3n de ambas, y adem\u00e1s ser elegible para convertir tu cr\u00e9dito de VSM a pesos.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><strong>\u00bfTE PARECI\u00d3 INTERESANTE LA INFORMACI\u00d3N?
