En entrevista, tambi\u00e9n nos hablan de los costos del documento.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/-kqyC3DqZzQ\" width=\"630\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/Twitter.com\/Hogaresnoticia\"><strong>Redacci\u00f3n | Hogaresnoticia.com | 24\/septiembre\/2021<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>.- Este a\u00f1o se cumplen 20 a\u00f1os de que inici\u00f3 el programa <strong>Septiembre mes del testamento<\/strong>, y en esta ocasi\u00f3n, tienes la oportunidad de obtener beneficios econ\u00f3micos importantes, como una reducci\u00f3n de hasta 50% sobre su costo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En entrevista con el notario 159 de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, <strong>Tarcisio S\u00e1nchez Ulloa<\/strong>, record\u00f3 que la campa\u00f1a Septiembre mes del testamento se trata de un esfuerzo conjunto que inici\u00f3 en el a\u00f1o 2001, impulsado por el gobierno federal y el notariado en el \u00e1mbito nacional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El tambi\u00e9n vocero del Colegio de Notarios de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico destac\u00f3 que el beneficio de realizar el testamento en este mes incluye reducci\u00f3n en honorarios, impuestos y derechos, adem\u00e1s de que se ampl\u00edan los horarios de notar\u00edas y se ofrece atenci\u00f3n, orientaci\u00f3n y asesor\u00eda gratuita a la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Asever\u00f3 que este a\u00f1o, el beneficio econ\u00f3mico para la poblaci\u00f3n es una reducci\u00f3n de hasta 50% sobre su costo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cEn el marco de la campa\u00f1a de Septiembre mes del testamento el costo es de 2,797.66 pesos IVA con aviso de otorgamiento incluido\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tarcisio S\u00e1nchez habl\u00f3 de la importancia del testamento y sobre el particular dijo que es el \u00fanico instrumento legal y seguro para designar a los herederos del patrimonio de una persona.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Detall\u00f3 que no se requieren tener muchos bienes al momento de realizarlo y puede hacerse cuantas veces se desee; al final, s\u00f3lo es v\u00e1lido el \u00faltimo testamento que se haya realizado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Un dato poco conocido es que el testamento puede realizarlo una persona desde los 16 a\u00f1os de edad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En este caso, asegur\u00f3, debe el interesado acudir a la Direcci\u00f3n General de Regularizaci\u00f3n Territorial, instancia que se encargar\u00e1 de dirigir a la persona al Colegio de Notarios de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, o con un notario en particular, para que realice su testamento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Entre las ventajas de contar con un testamento, expuso el notario, est\u00e1n el hecho de que da certidumbre y seguridad jur\u00eddica a la familia y evita problemas entre los familiares.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cabe decir que cuando alguien fallece sin dejar un testamento, el juez o el notario, con base en la ley, indicar\u00e1n qu\u00e9 personas son las herederas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Un punto a destacar es que en medio de la contingencia sanitaria por COVID-19, las notar\u00edas han mantenido el otorgamiento del testamento a un costo reducido para la poblaci\u00f3n y lo seguir\u00e1n haciendo a lo largo de 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Para m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n y asesor\u00eda, pueden llamar al tel\u00e9fono 55 5511-1819 de lunes a jueves en un horario de 09:00 a 14:00 y de 15:00 a 18:00 horas y viernes de 09:00 a 14:00 y de 15:00 a 17:00 horas.
