{"id":23107,"date":"2022-09-09T08:16:03","date_gmt":"2022-09-09T13:16:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hogaresnoticia.com.mx\/?p=23107"},"modified":"2022-09-09T08:16:06","modified_gmt":"2022-09-09T13:16:06","slug":"atendera-gobierno-de-la-cdmx-a-posibles-victimas-de-corrupcion-inmobiliaria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hogaresnoticia.com.mx\/?p=23107","title":{"rendered":"Atender\u00e1 gobierno de la CDMX a posibles v\u00edctimas de corrupci\u00f3n inmobiliaria"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>La mesa de registro y atenci\u00f3n considera la apertura de una l\u00ednea telef\u00f3nica en la que recibir\u00e1n informaci\u00f3n para dar seguimiento y acompa\u00f1amiento a las personas que hayan sido, o sean, posibles v\u00edctimas de corrupci\u00f3n inmobiliaria.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_23108\" style=\"width: 640px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-23108\" class=\"size-full wp-image-23108\" src=\"https:\/\/hogaresnoticia.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Mart\u00ed-Batres_conferencia.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"630\" height=\"420\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hogaresnoticia.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Mart\u00ed-Batres_conferencia.jpg 630w, https:\/\/hogaresnoticia.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Mart\u00ed-Batres_conferencia-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hogaresnoticia.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Mart\u00ed-Batres_conferencia-150x100.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 630px) 100vw, 630px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-23108\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">EL SECRETARIO de Gobierno, Mart\u00ed Batres Guadarrama, dio a conocer que la mesa de registro y atenci\u00f3n considera la apertura de una l\u00ednea telef\u00f3nica. <\/span>FOTOS Especial \/ Hogaresnoticia.com<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/Twitter.com\/Hogaresnoticia\"><strong>Redacci\u00f3n | Hogaresnoticia.com | 09\/septiembre\/2022<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>.- El gobierno capitalino abrir\u00e1 mesas de registro y atenci\u00f3n a posibles v\u00edctimas de corrupci\u00f3n en desarrollos inmobiliarios de la alcald\u00eda Benito Ju\u00e1rez, con la finalidad de revisar los casos que se denuncien y de ser necesario realizar denuncias ante la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia (FGJ) as\u00ed como en la Contralor\u00eda General.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Las mesas de registro y atenci\u00f3n a v\u00edctimas de la corrupci\u00f3n inmobiliaria se instalar\u00e1n a partir del lunes 12 de septiembre, aunque no s\u00f3lo de la alcald\u00eda Benito Ju\u00e1rez, sino tambi\u00e9n en las otras 15 demarcaciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El secretario de Gobierno, <strong>Mart\u00ed Batres Guadarrama<\/strong>, inform\u00f3 que la mesa de registro y atenci\u00f3n considera la apertura de una l\u00ednea telef\u00f3nica en la que recibir\u00e1n informaci\u00f3n para dar seguimiento y acompa\u00f1amiento a las personas que hayan sido o sean posibles v\u00edctimas de corrupci\u00f3n inmobiliaria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cA partir de esta mesa y de esta l\u00ednea telef\u00f3nica se busca por un lado atender a personas que hayan sido defraudadas, enga\u00f1adas, afectadas, que son posibles v\u00edctimas de la corrupci\u00f3n inmobiliaria y por otro lado tambi\u00e9n, sin embargo, dejar claro que si hay responsabilidades de funcionarios que dieron estos permisos, bueno, esas son investigaciones que tendr\u00e1n que seguirse. No por eso se omitir\u00e1n las consecuencias jur\u00eddicas sobre la responsabilidades que tengan servidores p\u00fablicos que dieron permisos de forma ilegal\u201d, dijo el funcionario.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En compa\u00f1\u00eda del Consejero Jur\u00eddico y de Servicios Legales, <strong>N\u00e9stor Vargas Solano<\/strong>, el secretario de Desarrollo Urbano y Vivienda, <strong>Carlos Alberto Ulloa P\u00e9rez<\/strong>, hizo un llamado a cualquier persona que considere ser v\u00edctima de la corrupci\u00f3n inmobiliaria a que se acerque a la Mesa de registro y atenci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Abund\u00f3 que cada caso ser\u00e1 revisado a detalle para identificar la problem\u00e1tica particular de cada persona.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La atenci\u00f3n se dar\u00e1 de lunes a viernes de 09:00 a 13:30 horas, en la planta baja del edificio de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Urbano y Vivienda (Seduvi), ubicado en calle San Lorenzo 712, colonia del Valle Centro, alcald\u00eda Benito Ju\u00e1rez y v\u00eda telef\u00f3nica en el n\u00famero telef\u00f3nico 55 55 33 55 33.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Esperamos que esta informaci\u00f3n te haya sido de utilidad.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5><strong>\u00bfTE PARECI\u00d3 INTERESANTE LA INFORMACI\u00d3N?
