El Estado debe mantener la propiedad de los hidrocarburos\u201d, acot\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Pe\u00f1a Nieto<\/strong> aclar\u00f3 que su posici\u00f3n no es la privatizaci\u00f3n de Pemex. \u201cEstoy a favor de la apertura garantizando y manteniendo la propiedad del Estado sobre los hidrocarburos\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dijo que ser\u00e1 importante encontrar el mecanismo de asociaci\u00f3n entre Pemex y el sector privado para incrementar su productividad. \u201cNo podemos esperar a que Pemex por s\u00ed mismo pueda detonar las inversiones para un crecimiento de productividad; hay que hacerlo con el sector privado\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Refiri\u00f3 que pa\u00edses como Brasil y Colombia lograron impulsar el tema \u00bfPorqu\u00e9 M\u00e9xico debe rezagarse y perder oportunidad? cuestion\u00f3 y asegur\u00f3 que puede impulsarse la propuesta con capacidad y liderazgo.
