Con este producto puedes usar el ahorro que tengas en tu Subcuenta de Vivienda m\u00e1s 35% del monto del financiamiento que te autorice el Infonavit para comprar un terreno y 65% restante utilizarlo en la construcci\u00f3n de tu casa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 documentos necesitas para tramitar?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Para solicitar ese cr\u00e9dito debes:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1.- Ser trabajador derechohabiente del Infonavit y contar con relaci\u00f3n laboral vigente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2- Precalificarte y llenar un cuestionario socioecon\u00f3mico en<\/span> <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/micuenta.infonavit.org.mx\">Mi Cuenta Infonavit<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3.- Contar con el aval\u00fao electr\u00f3nico y estudio de valor del terreno que quieres comprar, con antig\u00fcedad no mayor a seis meses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4.- Firmar y autorizar la consulta a Bur\u00f3 de Cr\u00e9dito al momento de inscribir tu cr\u00e9dito.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">5.- Tomar el curso gratuito <strong>Saber m\u00e1s para decidir mejor<\/strong>, por medio de Mi Cuenta Infonavit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6.- Estar registrado en una Afore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">7.- Antes de acudir a tramitar tu cr\u00e9dito debes entregar el ante proyecto y estimado de costo en el Centro de Servicio Infonavit (Cesi) m\u00e1s cercano a tu domicilio o por medio del correo<\/span> <a href=\"mailto:crediterrenoparamihogardh@infonavit.org.mx\"><strong>crediterrenoparamihogardh@infonavit.org.mx<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>El terreno debe:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">a) Tener un tipo de suelo de uso habitacional o mixto que incluya habitacional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">b) Ser de propiedad privada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">c) Cumplir con las leyes, normas y reglamentos aplicables a la construcci\u00f3n, del municipio donde comprar\u00e1s tu terreno y construir\u00e1s tu vivienda, por lo que te sugerimos acercarte a sus oficinas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">c) Encontrarse en territorio nacional, en alg\u00fan estado de la rep\u00fablica mexicana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">d) Considerar que las medidas y la superficie est\u00e9n conforme a las disposiciones en materia de construcciones y desarrollo urbano de la Entidad Federativa o municipio donde se compre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Un punto importante es que el monto del financiamiento depende de la tasa de inter\u00e9s, que va de 6.5% a 11%, seg\u00fan se trate de tu primera o de tu segunda acci\u00f3n de vivienda, de tu nivel de ingresos, de tu edad, del plazo para pagar el financiamiento y de tu capacidad de pago.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Asimismo, debes de considerar que el monto del financiamiento destinado a la construcci\u00f3n de tu vivienda te ser\u00e1 entregado en tres partes o <strong>ministraciones<\/strong>, conforme el avance de obra que presente tu casa.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><strong>\u00bfTE PARECI\u00d3 INTERESANTE LA INFORMACI\u00d3N?
