(FOTO: STPS \/ Hogaresnoticia.com)<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/Hogaresnoticia\"><strong>Redacci\u00f3n | Hogaresnoticia.com | 01\/enero\/2026<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>.- Ya pasaron los festejos para recibir el a\u00f1o nuevo y es momento de que conozcas c\u00f3mo qued\u00f3 el aumento al salario m\u00ednimo para este 2026, que se anunci\u00f3 en diciembre pasado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A partir del 1 de enero, el salario m\u00ednimo general diario ser\u00e1 de 315.04 pesos, mientras que en la Zona Libre de la Frontera Norte (ZLFN) se deber\u00e1 pagar 440.87 pesos diarios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En porcentaje, el salario m\u00ednimo general mensual increment\u00f3 13% y pasa de 278.80 pesos, valor vigente en el 2025, a 315.04 pesos, ubic\u00e1ndose as\u00ed en 9,582.47 pesos mensuales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En tanto que en la Zona Libre de la Frontera Norte (algunos municipios de Baja California, Sonora, Chihuahua, Coahuila, Nuevo Le\u00f3n y Tamaulipas) el aumento fue de 5%, y pas\u00f3 de 419.88 pesos a 440.87 pesos, esto representa un sueldo mensual de 13,409.80 pesos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los salarios m\u00ednimos se fijan anualmente y la Ley Federal del Trabajo plantea que podr\u00e1n revisarse \u201cen cualquier momento del a\u00f1o\u201d en caso de haber circunstancias econ\u00f3micas que as\u00ed justifiquen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Un elemento importante a destacar es que ning\u00fan empleador deber\u00e1 pagar menos de este referente.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><strong>\u00bfTE PARECI\u00d3 INTERESANTE LA INFORMACI\u00d3N?
