Primero fue el banco HSBC y ahora se suma a esa estrategia Scotiabank al ofrecer temporalmente sus productos hipotecarios con una tasa de 8.75 por ciento. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Desde el 9 de abril y hasta el 7 de junio HSBC ofrece una tasa de inter\u00e9s fija hasta por 20 a\u00f1os de 8.70%, con un Costo Anual Total (CAT) de 10.4 por ciento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En tanto que Scotiabank reducir\u00e1 hasta el pr\u00f3ximo 30 de septiembre la tasa a todos sus productos hipotecarios para ubicarla en 8.75% anual, 1.5 puntos porcentuales menos que la de 10.25% anual vigente hasta ahora para clientes cumplidos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Con esta medida, el banco de origen canadiense busca ofrecer productos hipotecarios atractivos a los mejores clientes, no s\u00f3lo en tasa de inter\u00e9s sino tambi\u00e9n en cuanto al servicio personalizado, con un r\u00e1pido y eficaz tiempo de respuesta, seg\u00fan destacan en el banco.
