Si desconoces en qu\u00e9 Afore se encuentra tu cuenta individual, no te preocupes, podr\u00e1s conocer esta importante informaci\u00f3n de dos maneras, por tel\u00e9fono puedes llamar a Serte al 01800 5000747 (sin costo en el \u00e1mbito nacional) o bien, \u00a0v\u00eda Internet en consar.gob.mx <\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

De acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n que se difunde en esta p\u00e1gina de internet, requieres tener a la mano tu N\u00famero de Seguridad Social emitido por el IMSS o tu CURP. Se aclara que por seguridad, solamente puedes \u00a0hacer una consulta al d\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Asimismo se indica que si no te has registrado en una Afore debes escoger una y registrarte. Para ello, debes visita la secci\u00f3n Compara a las Afore<\/strong><\/a>, elige y solicita tu registro por medio\u00a0 de un agente promotor o v\u00eda internet.<\/span><\/p>\n

Las \u00fanicas instancias autorizadas para emitir estados de cuenta, constancias de saldo y resumen de movimientos, son las Afores \u00a0<\/strong>y Pensionissste<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Cuando t\u00fa lo solicites, deben entregarte cualquiera de estos documentos en un plazo no mayor a cinco d\u00edas h\u00e1biles, a partir de la fecha en que los solicites.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Otro punto importante es que es obligaci\u00f3n de las Afore\u00b4s enviarte el estado de cuenta a tu domicilio, por lo menos tres veces al a\u00f1o.<\/span><\/p>\n
